Here is a special senior edition of the five facts to know before Friday evening's 7 p.m. puck drop:
.934 – White will close her career as one of the most successful goalies in St. Kate's history. Her .934 career save percentage is second all-time, while her 2.24 goals against average (GAA) is No. 3 in program history. White is also tied for fourth in career shutouts (3) and is second in single season save percentage (.948, 2014-15).
15 – Thanks to a fantastic senior season, Solheim also cemented her place in Wildcat hockey history. Solheim is tied for 10
th all-time in career assists (27) and No. 9 all-time in single season assists (15). This season, Solheim leads St. Kate's in points (21) and leads both the team and the conference in assists (15).
4 – Thomas may go down as one of the most clutch players to play at St. Kate's. Although the senior only scored four goals in her four-year career, three of those five were game-winning goals. Thomas' first collegiate goal was the game-winner over St. Olaf her sophomore season, but the biggest goals of her career were still to come. Thomas hit the game winner in a 3-2 upset of No. 7 Lake Forest earlier this season, then helped the Wildcats beat St. Thomas for the first time in over five season with her second game-winning goal of the season.
8 – Pederson has also had quite the career with St. Kate's. As a first year, she ranked No. 8 among all first years in the MIAC in scoring with 11 points and was fourth on the team in the same category. Pederson has ranked in the top-10 in scoring in her three years with the program and has tallied four goals and six assists in her final season with the Wildcats.
22.4 – St. Kate's power play has been one of the best in the MIAC this season. The Wildcats have converted on 22.4% of their power play opportunities this season, which ranks second in the conference. That number is just as good against MIAC opponents, as St. Kate's has converted on 22.2% of those opportunities as well.
