I'm proud to be a Wildcat because: I love representing a great school with an even better community. 

What do you enjoy most about being a student-athlete at St. Catherine?: I enjoy St. Kate's because no only am I growing as an intellectual woman, I am growing as a person and athlete. Not to mention, I have a second family. 

2016-17: 
. In her final season with the program, Solheim earned All-MIAC honors for the first time in her career. She led the MIAC in assists (18) and was tied for fourth in overall points (24), the highest point total by a St. Kate's player since Megan Killmer tallied 21 in 2012-13. Solheim was equally impressive in conference play, as her 14 assists versus MIAC opponents led the conference and she was sixth in points (17) earned in MIAC series as well. 

2015-16: As a junior, Solheim played in all 25 games for the Wildcats and tallied nine points with six goals and three assists. She was second on the team in goals scored (6) and was third on the team in total points (9). She scored the game-winning goal in St. Kate's 4-1 win over Saint Ben's in February and an empty net goal against Hamline in January. 

2014-15: As a sophomore, Solheim played in all 25 games for the Wildcats. She was second on the team in points (14), shared the team lead in goals (8) and tallied six assists. Solheim recorded four multi-point performances including two-goal outings against St. Olaf and Concordia (WI) in which she tallied the game-winners.  

2013-14: In her first season as a Wildcat, Solheim played in all 26 games and was fifth on the team in points with nine. She was also ranked 17th in the MIAC among all first-years for scoring. Solheim was second on the team in goals with seven including two power play tallies and the game-winner over Wesleyan. 

High School: Solheim was a captain of the hockey team at Thief River Falls and earned all-conference honorable mention as a sophomore. She earned five varsity letters in hockey and was an honor roll student. 

Personal: Solheim chose St. Kate's to help make an impression on her education and career. She is a sociology major with a criminal justice minor. She is the daughter of Leigh and Craig Kennedy, Donny and Andrea Kiendeay.
