LAKE ELMO, Minn. -- The St. Catherine University golf team remains the top-team at the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) Women's Golf Championships after the second round with a twenty-four stroke lead over the 2022 champion, Carleton College. St. Kate's posted a round of 312 (+24) led again by rookie
Grace Petzold.
Petzold is the lone individual at the top shooting 77 (+5) on Sunday to add to her 75 (+3) in the first round for a tournament best 152. Teammate
Paige Hillman is tied in second place just one stroke behind Petzold with an overall 153 after carding a 77 (+5) in round two.

Kyra Venne and senior
Jaycee Rhodes mirrored each other again on Sunday shooting 79 (+7) to tie for sixth place and each collecting two birdies in the round. Junior
Morgan Anderson was the final Wildcat in the lineup shooting 82 (+10) again on Sunday moving up to tie for 15th overall.
Anderson is first off the tee for St. Kate's in the final round on Monday with a 9:20 am scheduled time. Rhodes follows at 9:30 am, then Venne at 9:40 am, Hillman at 9:50 am, and Petzold at 10 am at Royal Golf Club in Lake Elmo, Minnesota.
