Anya Swanson is awarded her second Fleur-de-lis Award in her time at St. Kate’s. The junior cross country and track & field student-athlete is recognized this month for her community work on and off the St. Kate’s campus. Swanson organized multiple volunteer opportunities in the past month for the department that was in direct relation to the residents of Carondelet Village on campus. Many of the residents are unable to see family during this holiday time which led Swanson to facilitate alternative ways to celebrate and feel connected.
