ST. PAUL, Minn. -- The St. Catherine University volleyball team fell to St. Olaf College 3-1 on Wednesday evening at Butler Center in St. Paul. The loss results in an 11-6 overall record while sitting at 4-2 in the MIAC.
Senior
Maggie Rosen led the Wildcats with ten kills while adding two blocks in the four-set match. Sophomore
Tiffany Tellez added nine kills with three blocks and ten digs while sophomore middle
Madison Fagan contributed a match best five blocks and tallied seven kills. Defensively, senior libero
Claire Segner added 16 digs, two aces, and one assist.
The Oles claimed set one 25-21 before the Wildcats knotted the match with a 25-19 win in set two. St. Olaf took the last two sets 25-19 holding St. Kate's to a .065 team hitting percentage.
St. Kate's is home again on Saturday hosting the University of Wisconsin-Stout for a non-conference match at 5 pm.
