ST. PAUL, Minn. -- St. Kate's volleyball fell to Saint Mary's on Saturday night in Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) action by a score of 3-0.
Lauren Isaacson led the way with nine kills in the match and 13 digs. Seven others recorded kills in the match including
Bryana Leverentz tallying four with four digs and two block assists. Leverentz also tallied two aces.
Lexie Petrick dished out 16 digs ranking third on the team with 166 total as a rookie.
"You have to tip your cap to Saint Mary's, said head coach
Todd Nelson. "They brought their best to the match tonight. I was proud of my team's fight throughout."
St. Catherine travels to Northfield to take on St. Olaf College on Friday, October 8 at 7 pm to turn around and play at Hamline University on Saturday, October 9 also at 7 pm. The Wildcats return home on Wednesday, October 13 hosting Gustavus Adolphus College at 7 pm.
