2021: Appeared in 25 matches as a junior leading the team in assists (498). Gilbertson became the sixth person in program history to reach 1,000 career assists achieving the milestone on October 20th against Augsburg. 

Spring 2021: Appeared in five matches playing 18 sets in the abbreviated season. Gilbertson collected 74 assists, two aces, and 42 digs. 

2019: In her first-season, Gilbertson played in 25 matches, starting 20 in the setters position. Gilbertson tallied 533 assists on the season averaging 5.37 per set with a career high 37 set assists against UW-Superior on September 14. She led the team in her debut season in assists and was fifth on the team in digs with 144. 

High School: At Clayton High School, the four-time All-Conference First Team selection earned All-State Tournament team honors twice plus honorable mention recognition twice. The 5-6 setter led the Bears to three state tournament appearances, clinching the state title in 2017 and runner-up in 2016 and 2018 while accumulating over 3,000 career assists in just four years.

Personal: Daughter of Dan and Charlene Gilbertson...Currently in her first year of the Master of Arts in Occupational Therapy program at St. Kate's. 

Why did you choose St. Catherine?: St. Kate’s drew me in with their Occupational Therapy Dual-Degree program and the ability to continue my volleyball career.

What do you enjoy most about being a student-athlete at St. Kate's?: The everlasting relationships and memories I have made through the team, and my relationships throughout the whole athletic department have been gratifying here.
