Audra Clark tallied eight of St. Catherine's thirteen overtime points on the road at St. Olaf College Saturday afternoon for the season sweep of the Oles. The 83-77 win advances the Wildcats to 8-11 overall and 5-7 in the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC).
St. Kate's had four different players with double digit points against the Oles in their highest scoring game this season. Junior guard
Danica Cambrice was the leading scorer posting 18 points, 9 boards, and 2 steals, plus 4- 6 from the free throw line.
Clark tallied a total of 14 points at Skoglund Center against the Oles shooting 5 for 6 FT. First-year guard
Taylor Johnson had a career game scoring sinking four three pointers for 12 points with 2 rebounds
Another first-year posting a career game was forward
Katie Benjamin also with 12 points and three rebounds. Benjamin is No. 5 on the Wildcats roster in her debut season with 52 total, 38 of which are defensive.
The third Wildcat first-year with a season high was forward
Grace Amacher. Amacher had three 3 pointers for a total of nine points in just thirteen minutes on the court.
St. Catherine returns home Wednesday, January 30 at 7 pm with Concordia College (7-12, 4-8 MIAC).
