DULUTH, Minn. - The St. Catherine University Indoor Track & Field season began on Saturday with two student-athletes competing at the College of St. Scholastica in the multi-division meet.
Sophomore
Elsie Lundquist competed in three events in the one day meet finishing in 9th place in 60 meter hurdles with a time of 10.21. Lundquist finished tied-4th in the women's high jump at 1.50m and in 5th place at 10.34 in the women's triple jump.
First-year Reilee Schepper had a great collegiate debut meet placing 6th in the women's triple jump at 10.16m placing her third in program history. Schepper finished the 60m dash with a time of 8.56 and went 4.41m in the women's long jump.

Shannon Houlihan said overall both athletes had good marks for a December meet this early in the season.
The Indoor Track & Field team will compete again after the new year on January 11 in the University of St. Thomas Opener.
