CLAREMONT, Calif. -- St. Catherine University tennis standout
Kelsey Dorr concluded her historic career with the Wildcats at the NCAA Women's Division III Singles Championship in Claremont, California on Saturday, May 24.
Dorr competed against the No. 6 seeded Erica Ekstrand from University of Chicago in the first round of the draw. Ekstrand edged out Dorr 6-1, 6-1 advancing to the second round before falling to the No. 3 seed from Babson.
Dorr concludes her historic career with the program's all-time wins record after earning a bid to the NCAA singles championships three times in her career. She also was part of the program's first-ever and only ITA Doubles Championship becoming one of the program's only two All-America selections.
