ST. PAUL, Minn. -- The St. Catherine University soccer team extended their win streak with a 3-1 victory over MIAC foe, St. Olaf College. The Wildcats are now 5-1 overall and 2-0 in conference play.
The Oles struck first putting a goal past the Wildcats at 6:12 in the opening half. Twenty seconds later, the Wildcats were given a penalty kick opportunity with senior
Ari Green scoring her fourth goal of the season.

Amanda Elton scored the game winner at 58:14 in the second half assisted by sophomore
Maddi Springer. The final goal was scored by
Kallie Tuominen off a quick pass from Green in the 67th minute to seal the victory.

Kate Praetz earned her 5th win of the season making five saves in net.
The Wildcats return to St. Kate's Field on Sunday, September 17 hosting non-conference opponent, the University of Wisconsin-River Falls at 1 pm.
