ROME, Ga. -- Kelsey Dorr and Sofia Walker opened the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Cup in Rome, Georgia on Thursday evening in the Division III Women's Open - Doubles tournament after winning the Midwest Regional in September. 

Dorr and Walker faced Matia Cristiani and Olivia Walker of Babson College falling 6-2, 6-3. The first round loss moved the two into the consolation round playing again on Friday. The duo will take on Danna Taylor and Anna Chow from Carnegie Mellon University at 5:30/4:30 pm CT. Taylor and Chow fell in their first match to Alisha Chulani and Audrey Yoon from Claremont-Mudd-Scripps College. 7-5, 7-6 (7-4).
