ORLANDO, Fla. -- The St. Catherine tennis team opened their annual spring break trip in Florida with a 9-0 victory over St. Ambrose University. The victory extends the Wildcats win streak to five with two matches remaining on their schedule in Florida. 

St. Kate's was nearly flawless in doubles competition with Kelsey Dorr and Sofia Walker defeating their opponents at No. 1, 8-1. Bri Dorr and Monica Zink won at No. 2 8-2 and Ela Joly and Reilee Schepper claimed an 8-0 victory at No. 3. 

Zink was perfect at No. 6 singles with a 6-0, 6-0 win while, Schepper won 6-0, 6-2 at No. 5. K. Dorr played at No. 1 taking the match 6-2, 6-0. Walker played the No. 2 match taking down her opponent 6-2, 6-1, and Joly played at No. 4 also winning 6-2, 6-1. B. Dorr played at No. 3 going into extra sets but taking the match 6-1, 6-7, 10-6. 

St. Kate's will face Pacific University on Monday, March 21 with a 7:30 am match at the USTA National Campus.
