ST. PAUL, Minn. -- The St. Catherine University basketball scheduled for Saturday, January 8 against the College of St. Benedict has been canceled due to COVID-19 protocols. The Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) contest has been declared a forfeit, awarding St. Catherine a 2-0 victory in the MIAC standings. 

The forfeit on the Wildcats schedule will only affect MIAC standings and is considered a no-contest by the NCAA. 

St. Catherine is scheduled to host Macalester College on Monday, January 10 at 7 pm.
