Box Score ROGERS, Minn. -- St. Kate's tennis blanked Hamline University 9-0 on Tuesday evening at Rogers Tennis Center. The victory improves the Wildcats at 8-3 overall with a Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) record of 5-3 with one regular-season match remaining.
Kelsey Dorr and
Bri Dorr swept at No. 1 doubles 8-0 as
Ella Graham and
Reilee Schepper won 8-3 at No. 2. The doubles pair of
Elsa Joly and
Erica Wing claimed their second doubles win as a pair with a score of 8-1 at No. 3.
K. Dorr continued her singles win streak at No. 1 collecting the 6-0, 6-1 point. B. Dorr tallied a 6-0,6-0 win at No. 2 and Graham secured the point with set scores of 6-2, 6-2. Schepper won 6-3, 6-0 at No. 4 and Joly defeated her opponent 6-1, 6-1 at No. 5.
Noelle Slezak recorded the win at No. 6, 6-4, 6-2.
St. Kate's will close out the regular season on Friday, April 30 with a match against Bethel University at Baseline Outdoor Tennis Court on the campus of the University of Minnesota. The match is scheduled for 4 pm.
