ST. PAUL, Minn. -- St. Catherine hockey fell to the Hamline University Pipers on Saturday afternoon by a score of 6-0. With the loss the Wildcats are now 4-4 on the season.
The Wildcats fired off eight shots in the first period with the Pipers sneaking through two-goals past sophomore goaltender,
Abby Severson off of ten shots.
St. Kate's out shot Hamline in the second period allowing a goal from the Pipers power play at 11:06.
Hamline ran away with the game in the third adding three goals in ten minutes.
Severson made 23 saves while junior
Lindsey Hays led the purple and gold with five shots.
St. Kate's is home again on Saturday, November 27 hosting non-conference foe, Marian University at 3 pm.
