2021-22: In her final season, Schmidt appeared in five games recording her first collegiate shutout on senior day against St. Olaf. 

2020-21:The Wildcat hockey season was canceled due to COVID-19.

2019-20: As a sophomore, Schmidt appeared in nine games playing 377:31 minutes allowing 22 goals making 161 saves. 

2018-19: Appeared in nine games in her first-season allowing making 196 saves and a win/loss record of 1-6. 

Personal: Daughter of Diane and Jason Schmidt. Biology major, chemistry and psychology minor. Member of biology club. 

What do you enjoy most about being a student-athlete at St. Kate's? What I enjoy most about being a student-athlete at St. Kate's is the lifelong friendships I've made and life skills I've learned from coaches and mentors. 

I chose St. Catherine University because: St. Catherine University was my primary choice because of its highly reputable science department and research opportunities. I also love the campus and its location in the heart of Saint Paul.
