ST. PAUL, Minn. - First-year
Sam Orth had her second 20-plus point game in a row in St. Catherine's Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) opener at University of St. Thomas. The No. 3 ranked Tommies topped the Wildcats 82-66 on Saturday afternoon.
The Wildcats (2-4 overall, 0-1 MIAC) trailed the Tommies 50-29 at halftime. St. Kate's outscored the Tommies in the second half of the game 37 to 32.

Danica Cambrice had 18 points, 6 rebounds against the Tommies and senior
Audra Clark was just two baskets behind her with 14 points. Orth had 21 points and 6 rebounds in the conference match-up. Junior
Jackie Radford led the team in rebounds with 10.
St. Kate's will return to the
Butler Center for their MIAC home opener on Wednesday, Dec. 5 against College of Saint Benedict at 7 PM.
