The Wildcats met conference rival St. Mary's Saturday afternoon at the U of M Baseline tennis center.  Knowing a win would assure them a spot in the playoffs, the team took care of business.

Leading the charge was Senior Lauren Beadnell and Junior Michaela Burroughs, who upset #8 regionally ranked Bailey Edwards and McKennah Edwards at #1 Doubles with a score of 8-3.  The other two St. Kate's doubles teams followed the trend, both winning 8-3.  Beadnell gave St. Kate's their 4th point with her straight sets win at #3 singles and the match was secured by Mackenzie Weber, who won in a tight three set battle at #4 singles.
