Tennis over Bethel 7-2

The Wildcat tennis team picked up another important conference win Tuesday afternoon when they traveled to Bethel University. After sweeping the doubles once again, they kept the momentum going to clinch the 7-2 victory.

Coach Hageseth, ever focused on the teams improvement and focus had this to say after the match, "This was a huge conference win for the Wildcats. Doubles has been a strength for the team this whole season and this match was no different. St. Kate's set the tone of the match by sweeping the doubles and then we did a great job fighting at every position in singles. It was great to see how ready and focused we were right out of the gates today and it keeps us in the hunt for the conference tournament."

Friday the Wildcats travel to UW River Falls for a non-conference competition.
