The Wildcats once again came out strong in the first half, keeping it close until midway through the period. After being tied at 15 apiece with 11:50 to go, the Tommies went on a run to finish the half with the score 51-22. 

The second half played out in similar fashion, with St. Thomas slowly increasing their lead.  Sarina Baker had a big night for St. Kate's, with a game high 21 points, and 6 rebounds (tied for game high).  The Wildcats shot 36.6% from the field and 83% from the free throw line, while the Tommies shot a stellar 47.4% from the field and 93.8% from the free throw line.

St. Kate's takes the floor again Saturday at 3:00 p.m. when they travel to Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN.
