Tennis beats UW River Falls 6-3 Wednesday

The Wildcat tennis team got things back on track Wednesday night at the U of M Baseline tennis center in a solid performance against UW-River Falls.

SCU came out strong, winning at number one and three doubles, which set the stage for their continued success in the singles matches.  Although the Wildcats lost close matches at number one and two singles, they swept three through six singles to take the match 6-3.

St. Kate's head coach Ben Hageseth said after the match, "It was great to see how well the team bounced back after the weekend.  It was a really good win and puts us in a solid position as the team looks ahead to do some damage in their final three conference matches next week."
