The Wildcat basketball team ran into another tough game Tuesday night at Macalester.  St. Kate's was led once again by freshman Sarina Baker (21 points, 9 rebounds and 4 steals) and Kristen Lee had a solid outing, scoring 14.  First year guard Jenna Mistler led the team in rebounds with eleven.

Macalester was just too much, leading at half-time 39-31 and adding to their lead steadily in the second half.  St. Kate's posted a higher shooting percentage (36.7%) than Mac (32.9%) in the game, but the stat that spoke volumes tonight was rebounding. The Scots out rebounded the Wildcats 53-38 in the game.

The Wildcats have time to regroup as they don't play again until January second when they host St. Mary's in the Butler center.
