The Basketball team came up a bit short in their final game of the weekend, losing to Nebraska Wesleyan 64-79 in the title match of the tournament.  SCU's Laura Kalbfell was named to that all tournament team. On the weekend she had 47 points, 18 rebounds and 5 assists in two games. 

The team lacked the offensive potency it had in yesterday's game, shooting 38% from the field. 

The Wildcats were down 11 at halftime, and couldn't close that gap down the stretch.  With the loss, St. Kate's goes to 1-1 on the season and looks to rebound when they take the court again on Wednesday, December first at home against the College of Saint Benedict.
