With three starters fouling out, the St. Kate's basketball team lost 79-74 to Augsburg. The Wildcats fall to 2-2 on the season, and 1-1 in MIAC play.

After taking a 37-34 lead into halftime the Wildcats were unable to hold off Augsburg and their hot shooting from behind the three point line in the second half.  After SCU took a nine point lead, the Auggies chipped away and took the lead for good at 66-65 with 4:52 left to play.

Molly Peterson led four Wildcats in double figures as she had 17 points. Amy Battey had 12 points, Cassandra Hubler 11, and Laura Kalbfell 10 points.

The Wildcats return to action on Monday December 7th when the travel to St. Ben's.
