Niki Fokken, MS, CSCS, is a Minnesota native from Oronoco, MN. As a 2014 High School grad, Niki participated in varsity basketball, volleyball, and track and field. She completed her BA in Nutrition at the College of Saint Benedict where she also competed in basketball, high jump, and javelin. After coaching for a few years, she went on to receive her MS in Exercise Physiology from the College of Saint Scholastica. Niki is excited to use her experience and knowledge to help athletes exceed their goals.
