Karleigh Wolkerstorfer enters her third season with the Wildcats as an assistant coach, bringing a strong foundation of playing and coaching experience to the program.
Before joining the Wildcats, Wolkerstorfer spent four seasons coaching at the high school level where she played a key role in developing student-athletes and building competitive teams with both Stillwater and Woodbury High Schools. She continues her involvement with Minnesota Hockey in the High Performance League where she has been coaching at the youth level for the past five years.
As a former student-athlete at UW-River Falls, Wolkerstorfer helped the Falcons to 3 appearances to the NCAA Division III Frozen 4. In 90 career games, Wolkerstorfer accumulated 61 points on 31 goals and 30 assists while the Falcons went 74-11-6.
Outside of hockey, Wolkerstorfer serves as a Campus Recruiter with Northwestern Mutual.
