Biography

I'm proud to be a Wildcat because: St. Kate's is an awesome school and I'm proud to represent it.

2012: As a sophomore, Kelsey played in all 33 matches. She compiled 200 kills and 360 total digs, which was the second most on the team.

2011:  In Kelsey's first year as a Wildcat, she played 85 games and had 242 digs.  

Previous School:  Kelsey played two years at Hibbing Community College before transferring to St. Kate's.  In 2010 she was a first-team All-American and was also all-region, all-division, and all-conference, as well as serving as team captain.  Kelsey earned three varsity letters at Hibbing High School and her team played in the state tournament all three seasons.  In 2008 she was on the State Class AA All-Tournament Team and was honored as all-state honorable mention by the Pioneer Press.  As a senior she was first-team all-conference and a captain.  She was also all-area for three seasons. 

Personal:  Kelsey coaches junior Olympic volleyball and was a member of Phi Theta Kappa while at HCC.  Her favorite athletic memory is being named an All-American and having her team take third in the state in high school.  She is a Biology and Pre-Physical Therapy major.  Kelsey is the daughter of Scott and Joyce.
