2023: The junior setter appeared in 10 matches and 14 sets in her third year tallying 31 assists, one ace and five digs. Smith also had three kills on eight attacks attempts.

2022: Played in 25 matches as a sophomore appearing in 75 sets. Smith recorded 284 assists with 133 digs, 21 aces, five kills and one block. 

2021: In her first season, Smith appeared in four matches with one kill, 16 digs and one ace. She also recorded 29 assists. 

High School:  Smith earned MVP honors, was a scholar-athlete, and was awarded the Certificate of Excellence at Martin Luther King High School. She played club volleyball in California for Tstreet Inland Empire. Smith was named Student of the Month, Student of the Semester, and has been a member of her school's AVID program for the past four years. 

Personal: Daughter of Paul and Nancy Smith. She plans to study nursing at St. Kate's. 

Why did you choose St. Catherine?: I chose St. Catherine University because of the welcoming atmosphere that I was greeted with when I visited the school. I knew that I would have teammates, coaches, and professors who would support me and be there for me which was especially important to me since I moved so far from home.

What do you enjoy most about being a student-athlete at St. Kate's?: I enjoy seeing the improvement and accomplishments being made by my team in the classroom and on the court. Reaching the goals we set for ourselves is so rewarding.
