Joe Baker enters his fifth season with the St. Catherine University volleyball program in Fall 2025. 

A 2007 graduate of Augustana College, he was a four-year member of the Augustana Men’s Club Volleyball team, as an outside hitter. His standout play earned him recognition on the National All-Tournament Team three times during his collegiate career.

Following graduation, he spent two years coaching club volleyball in Chicago, helping to develop youth talent and instill a love for the game. He remains closely connected to the sport, actively competing in grass and sand volleyball tournaments.

Off the court, Baker works at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities.
