Biography

2024: In her first-season, Carlstrom appeared in 25 matches playing 71 sets. She tallied 75 digs with seven aces and five assists. 

High School: Carlstrom joins the Wildcats after competing at Rochester Mayo High School. She was a 2x All-Conference Honorable Mention selection and also competed in softball. Carlstrom was also a member of the National Honor Society at Mayo. She plans to pursue a degree in exercise science at St. Kate's.

Personal: Daughter of Mark and Tricia Carlstrom. Plans to study exercise and sport science. Also a member of the softball team. 

Why I chose St. Kate's: I chose St. Catherine because of the exercise science program and because it felt like home.

What do you enjoy most about being a student-athlete at St. Catherine?: Being able to be apart of a community and being able to make lots of new friends.
