2018: This will be Ahlstrom's second season with St. Kate's. 

2017: In her first track season with the Wildcats, Ahlstrom qualified for conference in five different events, all of which were distance races. She scored at both the Indoor and Outdoor MIAC Championships. In indoor, Ahsltrom was a member of the eighth place DMR team, and as an individual placed eighth in the outdoor 10,000 meter run. She currently holds six top-10 times in Wildcat history. 

High School: Ahlstrom was a three-time letter winner in cross country and track during her time at White Bear Lake. As a captain in 2015, Ahlstrom helped the team qualify for the cross country state tournament and earned All-Conference Honorable Mention and Academic All-State honors. 

Personal: Ahlstrom chose St. Kate's because of the opportunities in the physical therapy program and the campus environment. She plans to major in Exercise and Sport Science. Ahlstrom in the daughter of Guy and Melanie Ahlstrom.
