Biography

I'm proud to be a Wildcat because: Wildcats have a strong tradition of being great. 

What do you enjoy most about being a student-athlete at St. Kate's?: I love my team. 

2015: As a sophomore, Cardinal ran a PR time of 25:08 at the UW-River Falls Falcon Invitational to start the year. She also finished seventh for the Wildcats at the MIAC Championships, and was the third finisher at the NCAA Central Region Meet.

2014: Cardinal was the seventh Wildcat finisher at the MIAC Championships with a PR time of 27:06. 

High School: Cardinal was a four-year letter winner in cross country and three-year winner in track and hockey. She was team captain for cross country as a senior. Cardinal was in the National Honors Society and was a student mentor. She also volunteered at the children's hospital.

Personal: Cardinal chose to attend St. Kate's because of the campus. She is a psychology and pre-physical therapy major and member of Katie Buddies. Cardinal also competes with the tracka nd field team She is the daughter of Lisa Fay, Greg Cardinal.
