Biography

2025: Benson appeared in all 21 games with seven starts and played 838 minutes, scoring five goals for 10 points, including three game-winning goals. Earned 2025-26 MIAC Academic All-Conference honors.

2024: Benson appeared in all 21 games with one start and played 605 minutes, scoring five goals for 10 points.

High School: At Lakeville South, earned all-conference and team MVP honors, helped the team reach the state tournament and graduated summa cum laude with a STEM distinction. Played club soccer with Lakeville Soccer Club.

Personal: Daughter of Peter and Becca Benson. Majors in Biology and has earned Dean's List recognition every semester.

I chose St. Catherine University because: I wanted a smaller school in a big-city setting and found a welcoming community.
