Biography

2025: Emery started all 20 games and played 1,572 minutes, scoring two goals and adding two assists for six points. Named the MIAC Rookie of the Year and St. Catherine's 2025-26 Rookie of the Year.

High School: Attended Mahtomedi High School.

Personal: Daughter of Lilly and Scott Emery. Majors in Business Management with a Spanish minor and is involved with The Hidden Opponent. WSAAC Representative and member of MIAC SAAC.

I chose St. Catherine University because: I wanted a challenging environment that could feel like a second home, with strong people, soccer and academics.
