Anneke can Oosterom's Swimcloud

2021-22 MIAC All-Conference 200 Freestyle

2021-22:
During van Oosterom's third season as a Wildcat, she competed in three finals at the MIAC Championship. She took fifth in both 100-yard freestyle and the 200-yard freestyle, and took seventh in the 200-yard IM. 

2019-20: This will be van Oosterom's first season with the Wildcats.

High School: van Oosterom was a 4x MSHSL State Qualifier for the Raiders. She earned the Rookie of the Year award in 2016 and was a 3x team MVP along with being named team captain as a senior.  She was also name to the Academic All-American team in 2020. van Oosterom excelled academically at Cretin-Derham Hall graduating with a Top Ten GPA in 2020, earning a spot on the honor roll each year, and was a member of National Honor Society. She was also a member of Student Council, and volunteered for the Blood Drive, tutoring, Habitat for Humanity and at the Dorothy Day Center. 

Personal: Biology and Data Science Major. She is the daughter of Shannon van Oosterom.

I am proud to be a Wildcat because: It means being a part of a great team and working towards common goals.

I chose to attend St. Kate's because: of the strong community that values hard work both academically and athletically. Along with this the people that I met were extremely welcoming which made my decision even easier.
