Biography

2024: Takeuchi appeared in 3 games for a total of 29 minutes in her junior season. 

2023: As a sophomore, Takeuchi played 45 minutes in 3 games. 

2022: In her first season with the Wildcats, Takeuchi played in 2 games for a total of 48 minutes. 

High School:  Takeuchi was team captain for three years earning defensive player of the year as a freshman. She also graduated with honors and was an AP distinguished student, along with an ambassador for her school. 
 
Personal: Daughter of Shawn and Tracey Takeuchi. Will study nursing at St. Kate's. 

I chose St. Catherine University because: The mission statement resonated with me, I wanted a different experience from California for college, It combined my desire for athletics and my academic pursuit of nursing.

What do you enjoy most about being at student-athlete at St. Kate's?: Being able to pursue an intense academic pathway and continue a sport I love. Also the empowering of females was an added bonus.
