Biography

2016-17 Statistics

I'm proud to be a Wildcat because: of all the great students, athletes, and staff.

What do you enjoy most about being a student-athlete at St. Catherine University? The community.

2017: This will be Boonstra's second season with St. Kate's.

2016:  In her first season with the Wildcats, Boonstra played in eight games and started five. Although her season was limited due to injury, Boonstra was a valuable back for St. Kate's, as she started the last five games of the season and played a full 90 minutes in each of those games.

Previous College Experience: Before transferring to St. Kate's, Boonstra played at Anoka Ramsey Technical College. At Anoka Ramsey Boonstra helped the Golden Rams clinch the Region XIII Championship and end the season as the No. 10 team in the NJCAA national poll.

High School: Boonstra was a team captain her senior season at Maple Grove and lettered two years. As a captain she helped the Crimson to a conference championship in 2012 and Section 5AA Runner-Up finish in 2013. She was named to the Northwest Suburban All-Conference Honorable Mention Team in 2013. Boonstra also was named Ms. Crimson by her teammates and won the Michael Morse Award for courage in overcoming adversity in her final season.

Personal: Boonstra chose to attend St. Kate's because of the nutrition program and the various wonderful things she heard about the schoo. She is the daugher of Mark and Rachel Boonstra.
