I'm proud to be a Wildcat because:
I am proud to be a Wildcat because being apart of this program and school has helped me grow into the person I am today.
What do you enjoy most about being a student-athlete at St. Catherine?:
What I enjoy the most about being a student-athlete at St. Kate's is that there is a great balance between a student and an athlete. You are able to put 100% into being a student and an athlete.
I chose to attend St. Kate's because: I connected with the school and team during my overnight my senior year of high school. During my overnight I had already made up my mind that this was the school I wanted to go to.
2016: In her second season with St. Kate's, Doran played in 19 games and made eight starts for the Wildcats. She tallied the first point of her collegiate career with an assist in St. Kate's game against UW-Whitewater.
2015: In her first season as a Wildcat, Doran played in 18 games making 14 starts. She also recorded two shots.
Academic Honors/ Involvement:
Dean's List: Fall 15, Spring 16, Fall 16, Spring 17, Fall 17, Spring 18.
High School: Doran lettered for four years at Farmington. Twice during her career, the Tigers made it to the Section 1AA semi finals. Doran was also named Most Valuable Defensive Player as a senior, won the Coaches Award as a first-year and was named Academic All-State. Outside of athletics, Doran was a member of National Honors Society and volunteered at Fairview Hospital.
Personal: Doran chose to attend St. Kate's because of the sonography program and the campus atmosphere. She plans to major in sonography. Doran is the daughter of John and Deanna Doran.
