Lauren Witte

Lauren Witte is entering her second season as an assistant soccer coach at St. Catherine University.

In her first season with the Wildcats in 2023, she played a pivotal role in guiding the team to an impressive record-breaking season. The Wildcats secured the MIAC Championship title for the third consecutive year and made their third straight NCAA appearance, finishing with an overall record of 16-4-1, marking the best record in the program's history.

Witte is a 2023 graduate of St. Catherine University, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Nutrition. As a standout player for the Wildcats, Witte distinguished herself as one of only 18 MIAC Women’s Soccer players to earn All-Conference 1st Team honors for four consecutive years. She was also a three-time All-Region player and led the team as captain to two MIAC Championships. Witte concluded her collegiate career with an impressive 40 goals and 16 assists.

In addition to her role at SCU, Witte coaches club soccer at Minnesota Thunder Academy, the club where she honed her skills as a player in the ECNL (Elite Clubs National League). Lauren Witte holds a C license from the US Soccer Federation, reflecting her commitment to furthering her coaching career.
