Anna Fobbe joins St. Catherine for the 2019 season primarily focused on working with goalkeepers.
Fobbe competed as a Division II student-athlete at Bemidji State University where she competed on the women's soccer team. Fobbe appeared in 56 games for the Beavers' making 230 career saves with 39 wins, 11 losses and 5 ties, leading her team to a near perfect season as a senior.
While in the green and gold, Fobbe earned CoSIDA Academic All-America First Team and Google Cloud Academic All-America® of the Year award for Division II Women’s Soccer honors, plus 2018 NSIC Goalkeeper of the Year and 2018 United Soccer Coaches’ Organization All-Central Region Second Team recognition.
The St. Paul, Minnesota native graduated from Cretin-Derham Hall prior to attending Bemidji State University, where she graduated in 2019 with a bachelor of science degree in exercise science/ pre-physical therapy with an emphasis on medical fitness.
