2024 MIAC All-Playoff Team 
2023 MIAC All-Conference 

2024: Henaman appeared in 21 games with 20 starts for a total of 1646 minutes in her junior season. 

2023: As a sophomore, Henaman played 1498 minutes in 21 games with 20 starts. She tallied 7 goals and had 3 assists. 

2022: In her first season with the Wildcats, Henaman played in 22 games for a total of 1081 minutes. Started in 7 games recorded 4 goals and tallied 4 assists in her first season. 

High School: Earned All-Conference Awards three-times. Was awarded First Team All-State for Lakes International Language Academy. Played club soccer for Twin Cities Rush. 

Personal: Daughter of Tiffany and Roy Henaman. Plans to pursue a degree in Biology. 

What do you enjoy most about being a student-athlete at St. Kate's? My favorite part about being a student athlete so far is the people. I came in with a group and they are all amazing.

I chose St. Catherine University because: It’s an amazing school and it has an amazing biology program that fits with what I want to do in the future.
