Biography

2021-22: Capitan for the 2021-22 season. Appeared in 22 games with seven assists finishing the season +12. 

2020-21:The Wildcat hockey season was canceled due to COVID-19.

2019-20: Appeared in 23 games as a junior with six assists and 37 shots on goal. 

2018-19: Appeared in 25 games for the Wildcats with two goals and six assists for eight points.

2017-18: In her first season with the Wildcats, Gruett appeared in 23 games and tallied two points. She scored the first point of her collegiate career with an assist in St. Kate's 4-2 win over Saint Ben's on January 26. Gruett's season was shortened due to injury.

Personal: Daughter of Sara and Jared Gruett. Member of the Minnesota Army National Guard. WSAAC Hockey Representative (2018-2021)

What do you enjoy most about being a student-athlete at St. Kate's? The tight knit community and the ability to interact with other teams on a daily basis. 

I chose St. Catherine University because: due to the proximity of home. Also for their nursing program.
