2024-25: This will be Keith's first-season with the Wildcats. 

High School: Earned Offensive Player of the Year in 2024, All-Conference Award in 2024, and All-Conference Honorable mention in 2022-23 at Waseca High School. Was Defensive Player of the Year in 2020 and earned Rookie of the Year in 2019. Awarded Strength and Conditioning Player of the Year. Was named captain of her high school hockey team (Sophomore-Senior season). Earned All-Conference and MVP (Golf) and was named captain. Involved in MAP south, Return of the Robin, Ice Cougars at Waseca High School. 

Personal: Daughter of Muriah Miller Keith and Joe Keith. Plans to purse a degree in Biology/Pre-Physical Therapy. 

What do you enjoy most about being a student-athlete at St. Kate's? So far, I enjoy the sense of community it brings, even when we haven’t began classes yet. The hockey team is a very great thing to be a part of!

I chose St. Catherine University because: I found that the 3 and 3 physical therapy program was the best fit for me, and I was offered an opportunity to continue playing the sport I love!
