2023-24: Almquist appeared in 15 rounds during the 2023-24 season with a stroke average of 78.7. Her low round of 74 (+2) at the first round of the St. Kate's Invite in the fall led her to finish T6 with a 36-hole score of 150 (+6). Overall AlmquistĀ finished in the top-ten in five out of nine events she competed in with the 10th best scoring average in the MIAC.

2022-23: Almquist appeared in 14 rounds in her rookie season averaging 82.9 with a low round of 77 (+5) at the Upper Iowa Spring Invite to finish tied for 4th carding a two-round score of 159 (+15). She was also named Most Improved at the end of the 2022-23 season.Ā 

High School: Four-year varsity member earning second-team all-conference as a junior and first-team honors as a senior. She helped her team earn a district championship and a bid to the Washington State Tournament. She won several junior golf tournaments while holding a junior record at Zintel Creek. Off the course, she graduated Magna Cum Laude and was a scholar athlete.Ā 

Personal:Ā Daughter of Carrie and Justin Almquist. Plans to study Business Administration at St. Kate's while minoring in Finance and Leadership.Ā 

What do you enjoy most about being a student-athlete at St. Kate's?Ā I enjoy the community along with being on a team that feels like a family. They push me to be better both on and off the golf course.

I chose St. Catherine University because:Ā I chose St. Kate's because it allows me to continue my golf career while also focusing on my academics. I felt at home right away and really enjoyed the city of St. Paul. I was looking for a smaller school, and I instantly felt connected and welcomed by the team and coach.
