2012: As a senior Jessica has helped the Wildcats in an impressive season so far. She finished seventh at the Crown Invitational to help the team to a first-place finish.

2011: Jessica had another impressive season in 2011 for the Wildcats. Her 24:27 PR time at the St. Olaf meet put her at No. 8 all-time for 6k races at St. Catherine. She also was the third-best runner for the Wildcats at the MIAC Championships and finished 55th overall. 

2010:  Jessica was the Wildcats' top finisher at both the MIAC championship and the Regional meet.  She ran her personal best of 24:37 at the Regional meet.  Jessica placed 58th at the MIAC meet. 

2009: As a first-year, Jessica was a letter-winner and was the number three runner for the Wildcats at the MIAC Championship, where she placed 66th. She also finished second for the team at the Region Championships (116th place). Jessica is also a member of the Wildcat track & field team.

High School: During her high school career at Apple Valley Jessica was a six-time letter winner in cross country and track. She was a state meet participant as both an individual and with her a team. Finishing third at state is her favorite athletic memory. Outside of running Jessica was also very active in a volunteering at River Valley Church, FCA and Best Buddies.

Personal: Jessica is a Nutrition & Exercise Science major at St. Kate's and earned Academic All-MIAC honors in 2011-12 for cross country and track and field. She is also president of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) group on campus. What she likes most about being a St. Kate’s student-athlete is that she feels at home here.
