Biography

I'm proud to be a Wildcat because: being part of a cohesive group of women brings a different dynamic than other institutions and has lead to a great and exciting experience with a great community of athletes. 

What do you enjoy most about being a student-athlete at St. Catherine?: I enjoy the opportunity as well as the ability to share a common interest among many diverse women and through that, learn about each other, push one another to strive for more and share a lot of laughs. 

2013: The 2013 season marks Ailee's second season with the St. Kate's cross country team. 

2012:  After transferring to St. Kate's for the 2012 spring semester, Ailee earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention honors with a 25th-place finish at the MIAC Championships in the fall. Her time of 23:31 ranked No. 3 all-time at the end of the cross country season. She also placed in the top-10 at the Seven Sisters Championship and finished third at teh Crown College Invite to help the Wildcats win the meet.

In her first season of track for the Wildcats, Ailee qualified for the conference meet in the 800 meter run, 4x400 relay and 4x800 relay.  Ailee earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention honors for her sixth-place finish in the 800 meter run. 

High School: Ailee was team captain of the cross country and track and field teams at Cook County High School. She also competed in basketball and graduated as valedictorian. 

Personal: Ailee has earned dean's list honors since arrivign at St. Kate's and is also a resident advisor. In the spring of 2013, Ailee studied abroad in Chile. She is a Spanish major.
