I'm proud to be a Wildcat because: I represent strong, confident women and I get to do what I love everyday. 

What do you enjoy most about being a student-athlete at St. Catherine?: I love the diversity and the feeling that I am part of something bigger. 

2015-16: Byers-Carter will serve as the Wildcats' student manager. 

2014-15: As a sophomore, Byers-Carter played in five games as a Wildcats. She scored four points, has six rebounds and one steal. 

2013-14: Byers-Carter played in 13 games during her first season as a Wildcat. She scored three points, had six rebounds and collected three blocks. 

Personal: Byers-Carter chose to attend St. Catherine because of its proximity to home and the opportunity to play collegiate basketball. She is a psychology major, sociology minor and dean's list student. She is the daughter of Brian and Shelley Carter, Shuffy Byers.
