2016-17: In her first season with the Wildcats, Asuncion played in 11 games and made four starts after joining the team in January. As a guard, Asuncion averaged 4.7 points her game and 2.2 rebounds per game. She was fourth on the team in field goal percentage (.778) and helped St. Kate's finish in the top-3 in the MIAC in steals and steals per game. 

Asuncion was also a member of the Wildcats track and field team. 

Previous College Experience: Before transferring to St. Kate's, Asuncion played basketball at the University of North Dakota. 

High School: During her career at Rochester Century, Asuncion earned All-Conference honors for four consecutive years and earned Honorable Mention as an 8th graders. As a senior, she averaged 14 points, six rebounds, and five assists a game and earned Academic All-State honors. Asuncion holds nearly every statistical record at Rochester Century and scored her 1000 career point as a junior.
