Biography
2019: This will be Ahlf's first season with the Wildcats.
High School: Captain junior and senior year with two consecutive state appearances and fourth place senior year. Conference champions four consecutive years sophomore-senior year. Selected as member of All-Tournament Team senior year. All-Star Team senior year. All-Conference Honorable Mention Freshman year. All-Conference Sophomore-Senior Year. Team MVP junior-senior year. Team Defense MVP eighth-senior year. 1769 career points, 1055 career rebounds. School record for rebounds. Cross Country State participant sophomore year. Track team school record 4x400 and 4x800 relay. Honor roll all through high school. Member of the National Honor Society. Graduated as an honors student.
Personal: Daughter of Marty and Laura Ahlf. Will study Nursing at St.Catherine.
I am proud to be a Wildcat because: I'm part of an enthusiastic, hardworking, and supportive environment that is giving me the opportunity to grow as an athlete and as a person.
I chose to attend St. Kate's because: St. Catherine University has an amazing nursing program that will hopefully set me up for a successful and happy life. St. Kate's also gives me the opportunity to play college basketball. But overall has a welcoming environment to fuel young adults on their journey.
